1. Product Return and Refund:
After receiving the product, you may return it or request a refund within 1 day. Returns or refunds will not be accepted after 1 day.
2. Return Conditions:
Returned or refunded products must be shipped only via DHL.
3. Customer Costs:
All returns are at the customer's expense, including shipping and import fees.
4. Refund Conditions:
Full refund may take up to 45 business days. In case of payment errors, the refund will generally be made to the original credit card.
By Product Type:
A) Available Products
• Returns accepted. Must be in original packaging with labels intact.
B) Discounted Products
• Refunds not accepted. Only one-time exchange or store credit.
C) Customized Products
• Returns not accepted.
Defective Product:
• Email "[email protected]" with details.
• After defect confirmation, send back within 3 days.
• Once received, information on refund or exchange provided within 5 days.
Additional:
• Product may be exchanged or store credit issued.
• Refund minus taxes and return costs refunded to original payment method.
Order Cancellation Policy:
• Customer may cancel before confirmation (1–12 hours).
• Full refund may take up to 45 business days.
