At Couture Aisha, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury evening dresses. Due to the delicate nature and high value of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy to protect both our customers and our business.
Return Eligibility
Timeframe
- Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery
- No returns accepted after 7 days from delivery date
Conditions for Returns
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unaltered condition
- All original tags and security seals intact and attached
- Original packaging preserved
- No signs of wear, including but not limited to:
- Makeup, foundation, or cosmetic stains
- Deodorant or antiperspirant marks
- Perfume or fragrance odors
- Stretching or fabric distortion
- Hemline debris or damage
Required Documentation
To process your return, the following documentation is mandatory:
- Unboxing video: Continuous, unedited video showing package opening within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photographs of the item from multiple angles
- Return Authorization Number (provided by our customer service)
- Proof of delivery and tracking information
Items Excluded from Returns
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized dresses
- Items with removed or damaged security tags
- Dresses showing any signs of wear or use
- Orders placed during clearance or promotional events marked as "Final Sale"
- Items returned without required documentation
Return Process
Step 1: Return Authorization
Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number. Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video (uploaded to the secure link we provide)
- Photos of the item
Step 2: Inspection and Approval
Our team will review your return request within 24-48 hours. Once approved, you will receive:
- Return Authorization Number
- Return shipping instructions
- Inspection appointment scheduling (if applicable)
Step 3: Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Insurance is required for all returns (minimum value of purchase price)
- Use only approved shipping carriers with tracking
- Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage
Step 4: Inspection
Upon receipt, all returned items undergo thorough inspection:
- Verification of security tags and authenticity markers
- Condition assessment
- Comparison with pre-shipping documentation
- Quality control evaluation
Step 5: Refund Processing
- Approved returns: Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- International refunds may take 7-14 additional business days
Refund Structure
Full Refund
Eligible only for:
- Confirmed manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped
- Items significantly different from description
- Damage occurred during shipping (with insurance claim)
Partial Refund
May be offered for:
- Minor issues not affecting wearability (10-20% refund)
- Delayed delivery beyond promised date (5-10% refund)
Restocking Fee
- All approved returns for change of mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Processing fee of $75 is non-refundable
Store Credit Option
As an alternative to refund, we offer store credit at 110% of purchase value, valid for 12 months.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide detailed photos/videos of the defect
- Do not wear or alter the item
- We will arrange pickup at our expense for verified defects
International Orders
Additional Considerations
- Customer is responsible for all return customs duties and taxes
- Original import fees are non-refundable
- Extended processing time may apply
- Currency conversion rates apply as of refund date
Security Measures
To maintain the integrity of our products and prevent fraud:
- All items contain discrete security features
- We document all items extensively before shipping
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our conditions
- Suspicious returns may result in account restrictions
Exchanges
- Size exchanges available within 14 days (subject to availability)
- One exchange per order
- Difference in price must be paid if exchanging for higher value item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

By making a purchase from Couture Aisha, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict accounts in cases of policy violation or suspected fraudulent activity.
Evening wear is considered intimate apparel under our hygiene policy. Any attempt to return worn merchandise may result in legal action for fraud.
