Processing & Documentation Fee

All orders include a non-refundable mandatory $75 processing fee:

• Pre-shipping photo and video documentation
• Authentication certificate and quality inspection
• Security measures and packaging
• Order verification and fraud prevention

This fee is separate from shipping costs and non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: 2-3 business days
• Made-to-Order: 14-21 business days
• Custom Orders: 21-30 business days

Protection Fees

• Up to $1000: Included
• $1000-2000: $50 protection fee
• $2000-3000: $100 protection fee
• $3000+: $150 protection fee

What's Protected

• Change of mind
• Size issues
• Customs delays
• Issues after delivery

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in product price.

Lost/Damaged Shipments

• Report within 24 hours
• Provide unboxing video
• Keep all packaging
• Do not wear damaged item
